Sippy Cup

Our pediatrician recommended we start Danny on a sippy cup of water. I guess the fluoride in the water is good for him and the cup helps him eventually transition from breastfeeding. So far he's not really that into it, though his chugging posture would make you think otherwise...

Overnighter

Friday night Jimmy had his Christmas party for work. Knowing Danny goes to bed at about 7:30pm until 6am, we graciously accepted my mom's offer to keep him overnight at her place. There was a mix of emotions, at first sadness and apprehension, then happiness and excitement and finally...nausea as I recouped from my momentary craziness.

In all seriousness though, it was definitely fun for us to hang out with friends sans Danny for a change. We'll definitely do it again sometime...

Beanie

We've had a couple cool days and evenings that called for a hat on Danny. None of his baby hats, all for newborns I think, fit his big noggin, so I've let him borrow one of mine. This one was actually a gift from my good friend, Erin, in Steamboat Springs.

Laundry Day

Many of Danny's things were in the wash, so he had to sport an outfit that majorly clashed. You don't even want to see what hideousness I was wearing...

Big Weekend

We had a fairly eventful weekend! Danny got his pictures taken for our Christmas card. I am not going to share any of them until I decide which one(s) I want to debut on our card. Here's a blurry iphone pic in his outfit, loaned to him by cousin Connor, to tide you over...

Also, Ali surprised my mom for her birthday and came down here on Sunday. Today is actually her birthday. Happy Birthday Nana! We love you!

Post Bath Antics

I'm behind on posts, so I thought I'd just post a random pic and video of Danny after his nightly bath. It's a tie between first thing in the morning and around tubby time for happiest disposition. I seriously LOVE both of these times a day.
