At about two weeks old (2 weeks ago), Crew lost his yucky cord stump, so it was tubby time! He didn't like it at first, but quickly calmed and enjoyed it.

At Crew's 2 week doctor appointment where the doc confirmed that we have another "perfect" little boy! Gaining weight wonderfully despite the fact that he doesn't nurse very long at all. I guess he's just really efficient. I'm one lucky mama!

Where's Waldo and Grandparents Galore

This past weekend we had the pleasure of introducing Crew to two sets of grandparents, my dad and stepmom Beth and Dan and stepmom Marisol. Everyone is, of course, in love! We went out to eat and even stopped by a local, low-key brewery. So nice to get out when we have so many hands to help! We also took Danny and Mac trick-or-treating on Halloween. It was Danny's first year getting the concept of Halloween. He went as Waldo and has asked every day since, "where did Halloween go?" I think he enjoyed it!

Crew's First Week

Other than Crew partying all night for the first 3 days, life with a 2.5 year old and a newborn has been relatively smooth this week! Crew now sleeps for stretches at night - even a nice five hours once - and is nursing well. Can't expect much more from him! Danny has his moments of meltdowns that we know are attributed to jealousy and general uneasiness, but really he's doing pretty well considering. That said, here are some pics from Crew's first week. My dad, Beth and Mac and Dan and Marisol are all in town this weekend to help us ring in his second week. Pics to come!
