Happy Father's Day!

I can't even describe how thankful I am for all the wonderful "dads" in my life, two of which are also the most wonderful grandpas to Danny. And about Jimmy, what do I even say about a dad so loving, caring and fun? Danny and I absolutely adore you and we're so lucky to have you as husband and father!

So what better Father's Day present for good old dad than to follow in his footsteps and finally start loving all things water, beach and boating? That's right, Danny is officially a water baby!

Well, actually, I can think of one present that might better. How about another healthy baby boy in early November?!? That's right, today, Father's Day, I'm officially 20 weeks along with another boy! More to come on that front!

I know I already posted about our time with the Atkinson family, but Chris (mama Atkinson) just sent me a link to her pictures from our first evening on the beach with them, so I just had to share them here!

Boardwalk Night

Jimmy is unfortunately out of town on business, so it's just me and Danny this week. To kill some time this evening, we hit up Family Fun Night at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Danny was in absolute awe of all the people, music and the carnival rides. He ate some pizza, danced, rode a carnival ride for the first time and jumped in the bounce house! Fun, fun night! Just wish daddy was with us...

And a couple cute videos. Danny dances all the time, but it's hard to catch him in the moment. I love that I got him busting a move to some Bob Marley. Don't watch the carnival ride video if you're prone to motion sickness!

2014 Maiden Voyage

Sunday we took out Baby Jones on her 2014 maiden voyage. It was really windy, but Danny enjoyed it and especially liked mommy's contribution to our excursion - Britt's donuts!
