Easy, Fall-inspired Side

I personally love sweet potatoes, so I was super excited to find this very easy and delicious way to make sweets from Cooking Light. We had our over-roasted sweet potatoes and onions with grilled steak and a salad tonight. Yum yum...

  1. I roasted some yams last night with shallots and apples, just drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper and a little bit of cinnamon. Yum.
