Settling In & First Doctors Appointment

Day two at home consisted of a pajama party, as has every day since, in case you're wondering. Aunt Ali came by to visit before begrudgingly heading back to Chapel Hill. Move to the beach Aunt Ali!

The rest of the week we just got settled in. We chewed on our miracle blanket...

We flaunted our NFL affiliation. So far, our favorite "lullaby" is Hail to the Redskins.

Danny favors mommy for obvious reasons, but loves his daddy very much as well. Especially when he "simulates" his favorite activity these days.

Thursday we went to our first pediatrician visit and checked out beautifully! Danny dropped to 7 lbs 5 oz in the hospital and was only 7 lbs 4 oz at this appointment 48 hours later, which made me feel good about his nursing. We love our pediatrician!
