Freezer Full of Fish

As Jimmy posted on Sunday, he had a fun and successful fishing trip with Brett and Mike on Sunday. I'm happy because I now have a freezer full of wahoo and mahi mahi. I just knew they'd catch something, so I whipped up this fruit salsa with mangoes, pineapple, cilantro, red onion and more. Went really great with asparagas and my favorite thing to eat these days, wild rice with sauteed mushrooms. Yummy!
