Another Resolution

As Amie so kindly reminded me of, I promised her I'd make a curry dish this month. I'd say I've been fairly adventurous with my cooking thus far, but I've never really messed with curry and it's one of her favorites. I can't really argue with her request considering she and Ben just sent us some amazing coffee from their friends Tricia and Sean's business, Kona Essence. Amazing. Can't wait to have a cup tomorrow AM.

Now to choose a curry color? I think I like green curry with coconut milk. Stay tuned...
